What is the YouTube Batala Program? 
A virtual program designed to support female creators in their journey on YouTube. This year, Batala mentees will be eligible to receive incentives as they grow their YouTube channels.
How do I claim a reward?
Once you become eligible for a reward, YouTube will send you an email with a unique code and link. You have one month from receipt of this email to follow the link and choose your reward.
There’s more than one reward available, can I claim them all? 
No, you can only choose one from the list of rewards shown. However, over the course of the program you could have up to three opportunities to receive an incentive, if you meet each of the following milestones:

1. 500 new subscribers and accumulated 2,500 additional watch hours since being accepted into the program
2. 1,500 new subscribers and accumulated 7,500 additional watch hours since being accepted into the program
3. 4,000 new subscribers and accumulated 11,000 additional watch hours since being accepted into the program

Please note milestones are subject to change. If they are, you'll be notified via the WhatsApp group.
If I reach the different milestones, will I be able to claim multiple rewards? 
Yes. There are different tiered rewards available, and upon achieving the criteria you will be sent an email to claim a reward for each tier. 
I claimed my reward but didn’t receive an email with the details after, what do I do? 
Please check your junk / spam folder too. If you still can’t find the email, complete the contact us form here and an agent will be in touch. 
I don’t want any of the rewards on offer, can I choose something else? 
No, only the reward options displayed are available to choose from.
